Quality at Molesche is a proactive, embedded culture, not a final checkpoint. Our rigorous, four-pillar QC system is designed to prevent defects at every stage, ensuring absolute consistency and reliability in every shipment.

All raw materials—metal powders, alloys, plating salts—are rigorously inspected. We verify material certifications (Mill Certs), perform composition analysis, and check for surface defects before they enter production, ensuring quality at the source.

Our production floors are monitored in real-time. Technicians perform First-Article Inspections (FAI) after setup and conduct scheduled patrol checks. We use Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts to monitor key dimensions and process stability, allowing for immediate correction of any deviation.

Before leaving production, every batch undergoes a 100% visual inspection under controlled lighting. AQL-sampled lots are then subjected to comprehensive dimensional and functional testing against all customer specifications.

This is the final gate. Prior to packaging and shipping, a final audit is conducted to verify documentation, packaging integrity, and a final sample check, ensuring only perfect products are dispatched.
