Core Technology & Masterful Craftsmanship

Our mastery of Metal Injection Molding (MIM) represents the perfect fusion of technology and art. The sophisticated process—encompassing feedstock compounding, injection molding, meticulous debinding, and high-temperature sintering—enables the mass production of intricate, net-shape parts with superior strength and consistency. This advanced technology allows for unparalleled design freedom and material performance.

Feedstock & Tooling

We begin by creating a homogenous mixture of ultra-fine metal powder and a specialized binder, tailored for the desired alloy. This feedstock is then injected into precision molds we design and build in-house, forming a "green" part that replicates the final geometry.

Precise Debinding

he binder is carefully removed through a controlled catalytic or thermal process. This critical step leaves a fragile "brown" part, maintaining its shape through a porous skeletal structure of metal powder.

High-Temperature Sintering

Parts are sintered in atmosphere-controlled, high-temperature furnaces. Here, at temperatures near the metal's melting point, the powder particles fuse together, causing the part to densify and shrink predictably to its final, solid-metal state. This results in near-full density and mechanical properties often superior to traditional casting.

Secondary Operations (Optional)

Post-sintering, parts can undergo coining or forging to enhance specific mechanical properties, achieve tighter tolerances on critical features, or increase surface density for an even finer finish.
